FAQ

For now, we are focused on the manufacturing side of our business - however, we are soon to be launching a range of rider safety wear and clothing!

If you have a friend who can pick up your order, please email us directly at mphsaddlery@gmail.com with their full name, phone number and address. They will be required to provide the same details on collection in order for us to release your order. Once we have confirmed their identity and released the order, we take no further responsibility for your receipt of the item/s.

Our BioThane and PVC products are custom made. If components of your order are not in stock at the time of ordering, you will receive an email to let you know when we expect to have them available - and an order will be made immediately for the required items. It can take up to three weeks for your customised item to be completed and posted to you if any components are not in stock at time of order. If all of the components required for your order are in stock at time of ordering, we aim to have it manufactured and posted to you within 5 Business Days.

We attend many endurance rides in South East Queensland. If you would like to collect your order from us, please email to check that we are attending the ride too! We are more than happy to bring it along for you.

Our saddlery workshop is located near Gatton, in the Lockyer Valley. If you would like to arrange collection of your item from our workshop, please send us an email to confirm a suitable time after your item has been made.

We can definitely create an item made exactly to your measurements! But please be aware that you will be responsible for ensuring that all measuring is accurate - we will make the item to your exact measurements and a custom sizing order cannot be returned.
