Using your measuring tape take these measurements in centimetres:

Green: from just behind and below the left ear to the same point behind the right ear (where the browband would comfortably sit)

Red: from two finger widths in front of the cheekbone to the same point on the other side of the face

​

Yellow: from the corners of the mouth, over the head

​

Blue: around the nose, from two finger widths in front of the cheekbones
